Minimum 1 year of verifiable demolition experience- Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
Must have knowledge of how to dismantle materials without damage, strong attention to detail, willing to work 40hrs.or more!
Reliable transportation to get to various job sites.
You will frequently be required to lift 50 lbs. or more, work off ladders and other equipment
Must follow all safety guidelines
Job Duties may include but not limited to:
Removal of walls, doors & frames, flooring, masonry, concrete, steel and more. Must be agile and have the ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, work outdoor and indoor environments in the Arizona heat.
