HJ3 is looking for hard working, talented individuals to join its team as a Composite Field Technician. Successful candidates will exhibit a steady work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well on a team. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours and shifts to accommodate clients' needs as well as travel 80% or more to perform work throughout the United States and Canada. Base pay, per diem, travel and lodging provided.
Selected candidates will be mentored through a 3-year extensive training program designed to advance their career to a Lead Technician, or Site Manager position.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Mobilization and/or demobilization activities
Demolition and debris clean up
Concrete formwork and concrete placement
Surface cleaning and preparation, both concrete and steel
Preparation for product application
Assist in product application
General laborer work
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow detailed step by step instructions
Detailed and Quality work habits
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
Ability to work in confined spaces and heights
MSHA Certification a plus
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification a plus
Construction experience a plus
Fiberglass and Epoxy/urethane experience a plus
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, passport, pass a background check and drug test. Temporary Full-Time positions with opportunity for Full-Time position. To apply submit a resume and cover letter.
