Work with a strong, fast paced, fun team who is serious about success! We are a local property management team. Our community has two other experienced Maintenance Techs and a part-time porter. We are looking for an additional Maintenance Tech to join our team ASAP!

We require knowledge in:
Electrical fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, breaker panel replacement, and troubleshooting
Plumbing faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, supply lines, drains, leaks, troubleshooting
Lighting and Lighting Systems installation and trouble-shooting
Drywall repair and installation
Painting/Staining interior and exterior
Exterior Projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our office is currently looking for energetic, fast-moving individuals who fit the following:
Knowledge of Trades
Good, overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Painting Drywall Routine Apartment Maintenance
Required Equipment
Must have a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
Must own your own vehicle with a valid drivers license
Trouble-Shooting Skills
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner
Excellent Communication Skills
Must exhibit excellent communication skills with:
Customers
Management
Office Personnel
Fellow Employees
Documentation (for work orders)
Presentable
Clean-Cut appearance, uniform shirt is provided
Organized tools
Background Check
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule/Availability
Scheduled Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Must be available to be on call with a rotating call schedule
