Established criminal defense law firm, seeking FULL-TIME attorney in Tucson and surrounding counties. You will be assigned entire cases with the help of the firm or expected to cover certain cases. Cases will be misdemeanors and low level to serious felonies. Must have solid experience working on criminal cases with the ability to handle a criminal case from start to finish. VERY DESIRABLE position and will fill quickly. Paid vacation/ Time off- bonuses and commission
You will be expected to:
-Effectively communicate with Firm partners
-Handle court appearances in both felony and misdemeanor courts
-Handle case for entire life cycle (arraignment - resolution)
-Motion/pleading drafting (paralegal provided)
-Client management (client meetings and updates)
-Discovery review and case strategy
-Jail visits
