GNA, Inc. a Tucson based Restoration and Construction Consulting firm, is looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. GNA offers education to achieve breakthrough level performance with teams through Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Succession planning. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and editing engaging weekly newsletters with a powerful call to action, creating and marketing online events, managing blog and social media content, creating and implementing social media campaigns, managing referrals, contact databases and a drip email system. You will own the back-end support administration and technology to support the website, database, and other tools to make this work. You must have excellent oral and written communication and editing skills.

Create and manage weekly content for all promotions and events

Execute marketing campaigns via Linked In, our corporate website, and Active Campaign

Monitor analytics to optimize strategies for future campaigns

Monitor industry channels for trending news, ideas and memes, and capitalize on those trends

Capture and analyze social media metrics

Create video testimonials and upload to the website

Set up web events, manage data bases, and client's call schedules

Day to day office administration and support

Skills

Ability to multi-task and take initiative

Highly organized and process oriented

Ability to take direction and coaching and absorb information quickly

Hardworking and dedicated

Experience with content management and editing copy

In-depth working knowledge of Linked In, Active Campaign, ACT, ZOOM, YouTube, MS office suite. You are agile with marketing, IT, social media, and can figure stuff out when you don't know it.
