Seeking experienced Professional Quality Manager:
Qualifications/Experience required but not limited to-
- High school diploma / GED equivalent with some College or secondary education a plus
- Management experience - scheduling, employee evaluations, Hiring, team building
- 5 min. years’ Min. experience in Aerospace/Military Quality Management & Systems
- Proficient in computer use with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point experience a must
- Detailed oriented
- Must have mechanical measuring abilities with surface plate inspection experience, experience with use of manual CMM’s & inspection measuring tools.
- Working Knowledge of Net Inspect, drawings and GD&T required and ability to see three-dimensionally from flat drawings & use of 3 d models
- Preferred knowledge of Government & Customer contract review and interpretation
- Must be able to interface with staff, management, customers and suppliers
-Training in Lean principals (green belt certification Minimum), 5Y’s & SPC
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak). Must have good communication skills
- Pre-employment Drug testing required
