A boutique financial planning & investment firm is seeking an outstanding person to take ownership of administrative and client service functions with potential for added office management responsibilities. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), the firm offers unbiased, objective guidance, unique to the specific goals and objectives of successful business owners and families.

Position requires an individual, who is flexible, self-motivated, learns quickly, anticipates needs, works independently and has demonstrated the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate must have excellent people skills, the confidence to make independent decisions and work effectively in a diverse environment. Maintaining a continuous workflow without direct instructions is essential.

The job also requires the following attributes & skills:

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Strong internet and PC skills, includes proficiency in Excel and Word

Self motivated, dependable and thorough in all work

Bachelor degree or actively working towards a Bachelor degree requested

Minimum two (2) years experience in a professional working environment

Applicant must submit to a back ground check and pass pre-employment drug screening

Key responsibilities include:

Client account maintenance and service functions

General administrative duties, including answering phone, scheduling meetings, and filing

Light spreadsheet analysis

Marketing research via the Internet and other special projects
