We are a service-based company with residential and commercial customers and we're looking to add a motivated and an efficient individual to our team! The position is full-time, Monday-Friday in a very busy office setting and includes the following responsibilities:
- Answering calls on multiple incoming lines
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Creating and processing work orders for field staff
- Typing estimates and/or invoices
Qualified applicants will possess the following traits:
- A high level of attention to detail with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in construction industry a plus but not required
