Traveling Personal Assistant (Tucson)

I have a female position available.

I sell, deliver and test pharmaceutical equipment all over North America for the cannabis industry.

I attend trade shows all over North America.

I DO NOT HANDLE, TRANSPORT, SELL OR CONSUME ANY THC CANNABIS PRODUCTS !

The equipment I use is delicate and cannot be shipped, so it must travel with me, I drive to all of my clients.

I travel in a 2006 Diesel Truck and tow a 2009 Toy Hauler ( RV ) ( bus upgrade coming soon ). Generally I only drive 10 to 12 hours per day.

I need to hire someone to assist me with my business, no experience necessary, here is what I need help with,

Travel with me ( Toy Hauler has 2 separate beds ) we stay in RV most of the time.

Navigating

Talking to clients

Communicating with office in Tucson

Keeping RV stocked with supplies

We split cooking and cleaning duties 50-50

Training clients how to use the equipment

Manning booth at trade shows with me

Sales and email communication

Due to the nature of the trade shows I attend, I would prefer to hire someone that is attractive, easygoing attitude and is very comfortable initiating friendly conversation to complete strangers that walk by my booth.

I am NOT looking for a supermodel or a loud overbearing person.

Attire for trade shows and client dinners / business meetings will be business professional / business casual when necessary. All other times totally casual.

My ideal person would be someone that does not have any ties to Tucson, if you have pets, parents, kids, friends, BF's - GF's that have to be cared for here in Tucson this job is NOT FOR YOU as I do not have a schedule of when I will be back.

My installs normally last for 4 weeks at a time, sometimes they are back to back, last year I was gone for 6 months straight, sometimes I come back to Tucson for a few months, It just depends on sales. Trade shows are normally 3 day events + travel.

I pay $100.00 per day, driving, training, speaking, trade shows, Etc. INCLUDING Saturdays and Sundays.

Or you could say about $3000.00 per month.

While you are working with me, I pay for everything while we are gone, meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, Etc.

You will not pay anything " out of pocket " unless it's a personal item you need.
