We are looking for someone to join our team. Applicant must have extensive knowledge of HVAC and Pool upkeep.
Overview of responsibilities are to ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to always provide clean and acceptable curb appeal.
Responsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and completion of a detailed make ready checklist.
Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including afterhours "on call" maintenance requests.
Assists with the inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards are achieved and sustained.
Compliance and attention to company policy while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of related experience in multifamily or student housing preferred.
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
