Were currently looking for a passionate and driven person to join our team as an Overnight Courtesy Patrol for the night shift that would average 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Close/lock up main building and pool area
Check all perimeters and doors including the bathrooms on a regular basis during the shift.
Maintain no outside foot traffic on the property after hours.
Be an ambassador for the property if tenants should ask any questions.
Use a security two-way radio in a professional manner
Make rounds using a Golf Car and walking
Requirements:
Ability to self-motivate for the entire shift
Ability to write reports in English clearly
Capable to do light manual labor with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
Enjoy working with people, self-motivated and highly-energetic, with a great attitude
As this is an overnight shift, staying awake for the entire shift is a must
Shift is Tuesday-Saturday 10pm 5am
Must have a cell phone and be non-smoking
Military / Security background or training would be helpful.
