46 year old family owned business is looking for experienced lead installers and ambitious helpers for the residential market. We do not do any new construction, and very little commercial work. 99% of the installs are residential retrofit type.

Your requirements:
Leadsminimum 3 years in the industry with 1 as a lead installer. Good work ethic, great customer service. professional appearance, good organizational skills, and the ability to train a helper in an efficient way. Must pass background check and drivers license must be insurable.
