As an Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: the scheduling of, physical reception, and generation of reports for product coming in and out of the warehouse. The use of a forklift, reach track and 16/24' box trucks is required. Inventory checks and product pulls from the correct locations in inventory to ensure accuracy and validity of the inventory database. You will be asked to answer phones and generate project folders containing vital project information necessary for the installers use in the field. There will be warehouse reports and updates to clients that will need to happen everyday. Always having eyes on the warehouse and keeping a clean safe work environment to ensure organization of product and inventory. This will be a full time position between the hours of 8am - 5pm with an hour lunch sometime between 12-1. All training is done on site, this is not a remote position and you will need to be at the warehouse everyday you are scheduled to ensure all product that arrives is received.
