Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Seasonal Floor Care Assistant to join our team during our busy season. This temporary role will assist technicians with cleaning tasks, setup, and job site support across a variety of flooring types.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with cleaning and maintenance of Carpet, Tile & Grout, LVP/LVT, VCT, Epoxy floors, and other surfaces.
-Help load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies.
-Support lead technicians with job site preparation and cleanup.
-Follow safety protocols and company standards for quality service.
-Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old.
-Must Pass Background Check.
-Must Pass Drug Screening.
-Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites across Yuma County.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Willingness to learn and follow directions.
-Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
-Previous cleaning, janitorial, or floor care experience is a plus (but not required — we will train).
Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal.
Schedule: Variable — based on client needs (some evenings or weekends may be required).
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
