We are a destination to tell stories, and pave new paths to connect brands with consumers through experiential, retail, & digital interactions.The Field Service Representative is responsible for increasing brand awareness and advocacy, providing product demonstrations and information to consumers, and helping turn demonstrations into sales at retail. Products are focused on phone, tablet and other mobile devices. The Field Service Representative will work in a free-standing mall setup, alongside a team of product Brand Ambassadors. As the Field Service Representative, you will become the technical expert on products and services, and assist consumers with troubleshooting devices, registering for programs / service, completing setup on new devices, providing general training on how consumers can use their device, and more.Enthusiastically represent Mosaic and its products.
Engage and excite consumers, while educating and training them the products’ key features and service offerings
Provide consumer assistance device troubleshooting, technical support,
Create a memorable brand experience for our guests, which in turn creates "buzz" about our client’s product
Have a personal excitement about the products and the Android operating system
Provide detailed feedback on customer interactions and comments
Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert
Other duties assigned.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree
Previous promotional experience and assisted selling experience is required, especially with electronic devices
Existing in-depth knowledge of the Android Operating system and mobile phone devices is a must; Samsung Galaxy experience is preferred
Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with customers
Strong communication skills
Project management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management.
Ability to be Independent and motivated
Ability to be a team player
Ability to get to and from the site is required as site location may be up to 30 miles outside of the city
Ability to work the entire event schedule, including training
Must have access to Internet Explorer 8 for reporting purposes
