- As Technical Project Manager you will be a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development.
- Responsible for grooming the product backlog and having insight into technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience.
- Able to translate the technical requirements into user stories.
- Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team.
- Lead the backlog refinement of features and user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines.
- Work with others on a day-to-day basis to help make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into functional decision.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent job experience required.
- 10 plus years of IT experience and 5 plus years as Project Manager.
- Strong experience as a technical project Manager within an agile environment.
- You are skilled at removing roadblocks and can successfully evaluate workload to drive efficiency.
- Solid understanding of product requirements and business analysis.
- Strong experience of systems development life cycle, specifically solution design, analysis, architecture and design.
- Stakeholder management to lead on and ensure delivery.
- Hands-on experience of managing multiple small/medium sized projects.
