Want to use design and coding skills to solve real-life large-scale problems impacting millions of lives?We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Operations (Scrum Master) to enhance our team capabilities on delivering key experiences for our Corporate Communication team. You will be responsible for leading and coaching Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet our customers' needs. You will be a key member of our cross-functional teams and work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to drive the development process.What You'll Do:

Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet our customers' needs.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Ensure that teams are following Scrum principles and practices and provide guidance on Agile methodologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technology teams to understand business requirements and develop solution designs that meet the needs of our business.

Help the technical team on removing roadblocks that obstruct the development process and work with the team to find solutions.

Provide analytical reports for all stakeholders on agile metrics and KPIs, such as, sprint burnout, velocity, etc.

Continuously improve the development process and ensure that the team is following best practices.

What You'll Bring:

In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles and practices, with experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.

Ability to perform in a team environment, while multitasking between several different requirements and features concurrently.

Great analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude with a strong technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation.

Plus, if you have a good understand of Software Engineer Front-End and Back-End stacks.
