- Should be able to work with multiple team across IST/CST/PST timezones with various stakeholders such ass Engineering Team, Product Team etc.,
- Work with Product manager and create road map for product.
- Provide status weekly and biweekly.
- Create detailed plan with engineering team (number of technical team required and sprint details).
- Anticipate Risk and provide leadership team visibility and mitigation.
- Develop and control deadline.
- Prior experience in Retail industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Have experience interacting with business stakeholders and customers directly to
- Experience in Agile project development methodologies.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
