The Operational Reporting Analyst will work to improve the department's productivity and revenue making procedures. The analyst will meet with business users and provide training on new analytical tools.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support end-to-end project life-cycle as a business representative. Lead requirements gathering-sessions to scope necessary reports/tools.
Interface with development team to ensure alignment on project scope and timelines.
Manage development life-cycle and deployment of key reports and dashboards.
Train business users on usage of new analytical tools.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining as needed.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBroad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Apply Now
