. Title: ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst/Functional Process Consultant Location: Farmington, Arkansas Duration: Long Term Job Description:- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, HR associates, and IT associates to gather requirements for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Collaborate with client subject matter experts and project team to design process solutions
- Create stories and supporting documentation for enhancement requests as well as project requirements gathered during workshops
- Develop end-user training materials as well as facilitate end-user training sessions
- Assist in creating UAT and regression testing test scripts as well as completing QA/regression testing
- Facilitate sprint demos to business stakeholders and business project team members
- Manage enhancement requests and facilitate prioritization and release planning meetings
- Create release notes for bi-weekly enhancement releases and publish to the business
- Guide stakeholders and associates on best practices for HR Service Delivery
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhancements/requirements
- Work with technical lead analyzing high-level requirements and providing estimations on level or work
