The Chef is responsible for all food production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. The Chef develops menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. They are to supervise and cook with production staff. Develops and monitors food and labor budget for the department. Specifically must be able to prepare sandwiches during the day and switch gears to prepare banquets as needed. The Chef also maintains highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. This is a working Chef position.
