Bentonville - Rogers Hotel Seeking Operations Manager
We are looking for an individual with great customer/guest service skills that is high energy and takes guest satisfaction very seriously.
The candidate must possess the ability to work in high stress situations, taking ownership of issues and seeing them through until they are fully resolved.
This position requires working in conjunction with the hotel General Manager, Area Managers and Directors.
The candidate must be able to plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of service delivery for all operational departments.
The candidate must be able to manage department heads as well as all associates on the property, including scheduling when necessary.
The candidate must have an open schedule and be available to work on short notice.
The candidate is required to have experience with hotels and hotel related system software.
The candidate will need to have basic accounting experience, specifically accounts receivable and be able to post payments and balance accounts.
