Traffic and Lighting Systems is currently seeking to expand our team in our Springdale office! We are actively hiring for full-time, long-term EXPERIENCED Mechanic that are able to work on the set-up, repair, and preventative maintenance on our various company equipment.
Job duties will range, but primarily consist of the following (but not limited to):
Minor maintenance
Installation/repair/maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
General fabrication (previous fabrication experience is a plus but not required)
Maintaining records by recording services and repairs
Requirements for candidates include the following:
Must be 21 years or older
Possess a valid Arkansas Driver's License
Must have their own tools
Attention to detail and maintaining a clean work environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Will be required to obtain a Class A CDL within an employee's first 90 days (company will absorb the related expenses)
Ability to pass a pre-employment Human Performance Evaluation, drug screen, and DOT physical
Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with overtime as needed (evenings and weekends may apply).
