Responsibilities:
Review & Understand Complete project Scope, Documents, Plans, Specifications & Standards
Hold weekly safety meeting for crew
Prepare 2 week Look-Ahead schedules weekly & submit to PM every Friday PM
Inspect & maintain quality workmanship per industry standards & contract documents
Prepare Ongoing Weekly Project Punchlist & Safety Inspection - Turn In Every Friday
Ensure all construction is built per the contract, plans and specifications
Document all project issues, changes, notices, change order requests, RFIs, etc.
Coordinate With PM all project issues, changes, notices, change order requests, RFIs, etc.
Never Do Extra Work without Approval of Project Manager
Supervise and maintain a clean and safe project, work site and accident free project
Prepare daily report of all activities, workers, inspections, etc. with photos
Communicate daily with Project Manager to discuss project issues, progress, requirements & goals
Insure Company Equipment, Vehicles & Tools are Clean, Maintained, Utilized & Job Charged
Call off / Cancel Equipment when work finished with Equip
Maintain Positive Work Environment and Team Player Attitude
Report all Crew Injuries & Site Accidents within 24 hours of incident to HR
Learn / Responsible to utilize Tablets / iPad - Timecards, Tracking, Photos, WOs, Plans, Files, etc.
Fill Out Incident Report & Report all Crew Injuries & Site Accidents within 24 hours of incident to PM
Learn / Responsible to utilize Software Programs
Never Leave Jobsite Without A Lead Or Foreman In Charge
Enforce Co. Standard Attire - Hats, Sleeves, Boots, Glasses, etc. with Crew
Get Crew Production Reports For Labor & Equipment and Review With PMs, Supts & Foremen Weekly
Job Close-Out = Inspect All Jobs To Insure They Are 100% Done With Zero Punchlist
Job Close-Out = Schedule All Close-Out As Top Priority
Communicate Daily With PM
Manage jobsite general conditions and jobsite security.
Run weekly Company Foreman meetings on site.
Meet With Project Managers Weekly To Review Project Status Update
Perform Equipment Pre-Start Checklist/Walk Around Inspection Before Start Time Each Day.
Weekly Trailer Inventory - Tools, Supplies, Etc. for Future Work
Requirements
Must have valid drivers license
Be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks, including lifting 70+ pounds
Ability to work in all weather
Workers must be punctual and reliable
Qualified individuals will be expected to show up every day on time when work is scheduled
