Requirements:
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
- Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Opens, sorts, and routes incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Maintains inventory and orders materials, supplies, and services.
- Types, formats, proofreads, and edits correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters.
