Premier Business Support, an affiliate of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, a law firm specializing in Real Estate mortgage default loans and providing legal advice to institutional lenders is seeking a Title Examiner.
Description of Duties:
-Order new and updated title from various vendors and monitor receipt thereof.
-Review of title reports completely and accurately
-Documenting & communicating review results to client
-Establishing an accurate chain of title, preparing and/or requesting assignments
-Identify title issues & communicate them to the client
-Initiate title curative actions -Follow-up on title issues
Experience and Skills:
-2-3 Years real property title experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Extremely detail oriented
-Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
-Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
