Vacancy expired!
I need a current Realtor to do some tasks for me (take pictures of properties, put out signs, do showings, etc.). The pay is $20/hour. Looking for someone that is accessible, works without excuses, and just gets stuff done.
I'm not looking for an agency relationship so please don't try to convince me of that. I sell all of my properties with owner financing so I have a specific process I use that sells my properties. If you're able to bring a buyer in addition to this hourly work, we can work out a commission but that's not related to what I need done.
