SOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS SPECTACULAR LIVE/WORK PROGRAM.
We specialize in the education and training for sales 101. We pride ourselves on assisting YOUNG HUSTLERS reach their life and financial goals. We help through our live/ work program, life coaching and income earning platforms.
We provide room and board for entry level agents whom are approved to join our program. Our program assists with lodging, transportation, along with sales and life coaching; Even if you are in a bad space with no money in your pocket- as long as you are motivated and have a great work ethic then we can help you turn it all around!
>Currently: Must have some sales or customer service experience must have own reliable transportation.
>Age groups: 18-30 years old [We are age-group-specific as this is a dormitory situation- not a homeless shelter]
LIVING QUARTERS:
Our company assists in quality living quarters for the program. Each individual will be provided with a place to stay while away from their home area.
CLASSROOM TRAINING:
Our classrooms, at the program's office facilities, are designed to give each agent the proper training needed to perform accurate sales in the field. We train on our clients' needs and exactly how to attract the customers that our clients demand.
OUR CLIENTS:
WE DO NOT SELL VACUUMS OR MAGAZINES So, let's get that out of the way first. We work with fortune 500 clients or high-end private firms that do business with large utilities. We vend products for telecommunication, cable and energy companies. i.e. Comcast, Cox, AT&T, DirecTV, PG&E Natural Gas Supply Companies (ESCO's= Energy Supply Companies)
EARNING ($) FOR OUR PEOPLE:
Our existing agents- that you will live/work with- are around your age and understand what it is like to earn $1,000 in a week even after program contributions. YES- unlike JOB CORE, to where you only bring in a hundred (if that) dollars per week after your contributions are deducted- HERE our people are trained to earn AND DO EARN $1000-$2000+ PER WEEK consistently - TAKE HOME. We train you to EARN $200-$400 every day within just 3-6 hours in the sales field. Some days we work short hours and some days we work more, however working 40 hours per week here is damn near un-heard of Ask your roommates ;) ! We have agents that are 19 years old bringing in 40-50 customer sales per week = HUGE MONEY! That's 7-10 sales per day. Definitely not rocket science. We can train anyone to do this in a very short period of time- like 2-3 days. That's high opportunity. If you are afraid of that then- goodbye! We believe in the concept "The harder you work the more you make." This is why we are bounty pay / performance based. We do not like the phrase commission based, as our people bring in 2-7+ sales per day on average; No one here needs to worry about selling one car every week or so to keep their job. HOW WE SELL:
We are a 10-year-old company that brings in customers for clients through the classic door 2 door system. IF THAT SCARES YOU THEN GO WORK AT WAL-MART Our hours are short and earning is HIGH. If you are broke and afraid to do whatever it takes to make money and get assistance then do NOT REACH out and GET OFF THE AD RIGHT NOW AND JUST GO BACK TO BEING A WAB [a wab is a person: Walking Around Broke].
ALL WORK AND NO PLAY- NOT US:
We know how important it is for some good R&R after a long months' work. So, we all go out and celebrate our advancements from time to time. We go on monthly-to-quarterly ROAD TRIPS The managers take the CREW out for weekends on the OCEAN, camping in the wilderness, visiting AMAZING towns and doing some great site seeing. The teams have a lot of fun not only after work at the bunker houses, but on the program road trips away from home as well. We are constantly doing fun nights out on the towns, team lunches and group dinners to build our camaraderie even further. When your on our crew then your family!
TRANSPORTATION:
Must have a vehicleEveryone on the crew whom has a DL pitches in from time to time to drive their team members (If your not a Team Player then- LATER).
WITHIN OUR ENTRY SALES PROGRAM YOU MUST:
Be an outgoing individual
Must be able to follow through with a 6-month commitment
Must be a cleanly individual
Must be able to understand and follow authority
Must be able to adhere to our program structure and follow ALL dorm rules as well as company rules
Must have a student mentality
Must understand the word LOYALTY
Must pass a back-ground check

We are here to help The hardest part about this job is community living, however, if you are a YOUNG HUSTLER, then you shouldn't have a problem living in a dorm-like situation with YOUR OWN AGE GROUP! Getting money in your pocket should be your first priority- being COMPLACENT should not. If you are broke and on your friends couch, then this might be a place for you to get your big start and feet on the ground It helped a lot of us and we learned a lot going through the program.
We look out for our people! And we only have 4 positions available for this SUMMER They will fill fast. We are interested in quality applicants from anywhere in the country. You can be local, but if you live in Tennessee- then we can still TALK ABOUT OPPORTUNITY
