Our orthodontic practice is committed to providing the best customer service our patients are likely to experience anywhere. And we've assembled a highly-skilled, hard-working, and insanely charming bunch of badasses that make that happen every single day.
We are growing and looking for just the right person to be our next orthodontic treatment coordinator. Our treatment coordinators are responsible for introducing new patients to our practice, as well as guiding them through the process from that first appointment to having their braces or Invisalign placed. Sound easy? Well, it isn't.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Outgoing, positive, and social person with a heart for helping others
- Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice
- Hard-working self-starter that doesn't need to be micro-managed (Yup, that's a record-setting number of hyphenated words in a sentence)
- Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment
- Sales experience, with the ability to show us how you've succeeded in that setting in the past
- No-drama llama! No, for real.
Here's what ISN'T required:
- Dental or orthodontic experience - Although there are times when this is helpful, there are just as many times that it isn't.
- BA, BS, MS, or PhD - We're looking for the right person, regardless what combination of letters might come after your name.
