As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, and up-beat environment helping drive projects around the latest and greatest technology.

Responsibilities:

Develop knowledge around several project management responsibilities including: balance scope/quality, timing and cost factors, project communications, cross-functional collaboration, documentation organization.

Provides measurable and timely response to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns

Communicates directly with client and team members to define project goals and provide reports on project status and variances

Tracks and manages project issues and resolutions

Works effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries to prioritize tasks and gain timely closure on decisions

Considers the big picture and execute well thought out, data-driven decisions

Plan and anticipate project risk and develop risk management strategies

Assist in implementing new plans and procedures

Manage scope, schedule and budget while monitoring project deliverables, goals and milestones.

Directing and managing project teams from project kick off to project close while meeting quality standings and deliverables during all phases of the project life cycle; initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.

Collect, produce, and document project requirements.

Identify appropriate resources needed and keep project team resourcing accurate and thoroughly planned out throughout the duration of the project.

Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities promptly and efficiently.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion; ensure status emails are sent to project stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Monitor and track project issues and risks; provide mitigation plans when necessary.

Lead team meetings.

Adhere to billable and un-billable policies.

Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Qualifications:

4+ years prior professional Project Management experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Excellent leadership capabilities

Passion for technology and technically savvy

Experience managing and developing processes and procedures

Organized, driven, and hardworking

Experience working with development teams

Self-starter who works well in ambiguous environments

Preferred experience working with development teams or in a consulting environment

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with managing Agile projects or as a Scrum Master

Experience managing a backlog and using Kanban-style story management

Experience writing and maintaining user stories
