Arkansas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
We are currently seeking a full-time HVACR laborers for our rapidly growing commercial installation team.
Applicants must be detail-oriented, work well in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working well with minimum supervision or within teams. Candidates who have experience in refrigeration is a plus.
Qualified candidates possess:
Technical competency
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities
A valid driver’s license
Pass background and drug testing
Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Commercial HVACR background strongly preferred
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to diagnose and resolve service requests
Be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
