I'm looking to hire someone who is looking for some side work on a weekend or is between jobs and wants some freelance work during the week. I hire a lot of contractors and I always pay fairly, I just prefer to pay individuals with a small company instead of the large companies that are up-charging for extravagant overhead costs.
The work I initially need is, in total, maybe 3-4 days of work. However, I own a design and build company and am always looking for good people. I also collaborate with other construction and home improvement companies in the area. If I can find someone good, I would want to keep them on-hand for work for clients as well.
