Looking for a lawn care / landscaping / maintenance laborer for our properties (mostly houses, some duplexes, apartments). Our ideal candidate has a variety of skills such as plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, painting, and janitorial and electrical skills, but we're willing to train as the position requires.
Customer service and communication skills are beneficial in this position, as the technician may need to interact directly with outside parties, employees, and tenants.
Generally, we outsource emergencies, so no need to be "on call".
Requirements:
- Experience with light carpentry, basic repair troubleshooting (minor plumbing, appliances, etc), lawncare or landscaping.
- A working vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Good organizational skills: ability to follow directions.
- Good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate and interact professionally with our staff and residents.
Pay is based on experience, ranging between $12-16 per hour + fuel stipend.
