Glossy Floors is currently hiring 2 individuals with a desire to start a career in the specialty flooring industry. Epoxy floors, polished concrete, concrete staining, etc.
Prior flooring experience is not required. Must be motivated.
Duties include operating floor machines, cleaning floors, applying chemicals as well as cleaning and organizing equipment.
Requirements:
You must have your own transportation. We do not work at the same job site every day.
Valid Arkansas drivers license. We work in the 4 state area and some overnight travel will be required. Company vehicle provided.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn a new trade and get paid in the process. Starting pay is $13 - $19 per hour with room for many advancements. Pay reviews every 90 days.
We are based out of Bella Vista, AR. Sometimes we travel. Be sure you are able to stay out of town for 5-10 days at a time. When we travel, the company pays for hotel, food and gives an extra $100 per week. You may bring your own vehicle or ride in the company trucks.
The majority of our work in in the Northwest Arkansas area.
