Job Description

  • Coordinate project setup, project deliverables, and closing
  • Administrate and manage Procore construction management software including setup of projects with the appropriate template and client specifications. Coordinate and track progress and IFC drawings, manage workflow processes, construction and staffing schedules, and other project files and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule client/team meetings, travel arrangements, deliveries, supplies etc. for field personal as required.
  • Assist in monitoring budget, expenditures, preparing invoices in and timely payment.
  • Assist with project contracts/proposals preparation, change orders, Sub consultant agreements, Insurance certificates, and other contractual documentation.
  • Track and ensure compliance with internal quality management procedures and documentation.
  • Other general administrative duties including collecting meeting minutes, staff scheduling, project setup, reports formatting and proofing, and general support to office/field personnel.
  • Limited travel should be expected.

You bring to the team:

  • Associate Degree in business or related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of project management fundamentals and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, SmartSheet, Procore, Deltekand Microsoft Project (or other scheduling software programs)
  • Experience in electronic file and project management database use
  • Knowledge of engineering and design terms, contract requirements, project financials, and operations
  • Strong attention to detail, logistical support, and organizing skills
  • Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Can work from any Olsson existing office location or be remote for the right candidate.
