Maintenance Technician Position Now Available (Park Lake and Gladiola Estates & Manor)
Maintenance Technicians provide the essential services necessary to maintain high standards at our Resort-style Apartment Community, located on a beautiful golf course with fabulous amenities included. We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current opening at Park Lake and Gladiola Estates & Manor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Community Director or Resident Manager. Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
Responding to resident maintenance requests
Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, pool area and grounds
Conducting property inspections
Moving furniture; and,
Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must live on-site
Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening
Must have valid driver's license
