Job Description
Operates the weight station scale - ticketing trucks to ensure trucks leaving the facility are at a safe and legal weight in and out
Make sure the trucks show up as scheduled
Go out and see what staged tankers are loaded
Properly tickets trucks and transmits those tickets to corporate on a daily basis for billing
Sets up trucking vendors and enters new trucks into (computer for proper ticketing)
Coordinates daily with plant manager and loader operator for material inventories information
Assures that site visitors are provided appropriate Site-Specific Safety Training and said training is documented
Assures that appropriate site personnel are informed of site visitors when they arrive
Keep track of any paperwork that comes in for uniforms, supplies etc
Maintains a neat and orderly work environment in the trailer
Performs other duties as directed
Competencies
Strong math, reasoning, and analytical skills
Communication skills - oral and written
Filing of all documentation appropriately
Computer skills - Microsoft office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay range $14hr - $16hr
