Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks (sheetrock, painting, plumbing, small appliances)
Quick turnaround on vacant units
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Complete work orders via maintenance software
Collaborate with property management on maintenance needs
Keep accurate records and manage inventory
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of household repairs
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and strong work ethic
Independent and team player
Good communication skills
Familiar with maintenance software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
