Rainey Property Management is one of the largest single-family managers in the Mid-South. We serve the Little Rock and surrounding Central Arkansas communities. The Rainey's have been a leading name in real estate since 1966. Today, we only offer residential property management services. Our only focus is to acquire and manage single-family homes and specifically focus on upper end homes. We manage over 650 properties for 350 owners. We have a large staff and are the most technologically advanced property management companies in the area.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

- Draft correspondences and other formal documents

- Plan and schedule appointments and events

- Greet and assist onsite guests

- Answer inbound telephone calls

- Develop and implement organized filing systems

- Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

First year you can expect to make 28-33k depending on your abilities and drive.
