Job Description

Responsible for collaboration, forecasting sales and replenishing supply chain inventory for a key aftermarket customer. Ensuring customer Key Performance Indicators (fill-rate, in-stock goals, inventory turns) are being achieved. To collaborate with the ITWGB Sales and Supply Chain teams toward the achievement of annual ITW goals.

The following duties are included; other duties may be assigned:

· Responsible for meeting, exceeding, and reporting on customer's supply chain objectives; fill rate, in stocks, service level and turn.

· Resolve supply chain issues affecting order management and the customer's supply chain (inventory availability challenges; EDI 'Electronic Data Interface' accuracy, lead times on purchase orders, full truck requirements)

· Review and adjust forecasts as needed. Generate DC fill purchase orders and promo orders for new items and/or additional store counts.

· Recommend and implement Replenishment strategies to support promos and items with seasonality.

· Isolate stores with negative on hand inventory and/or zero sales and provide this information to our field sales reps to resolve.

· Resolve and communicate availability issues in a timely manner.

· Daily reports include but are not limited to: Inventory levels at DC and stores, provide explanation for any items that are below in-stock goal of 95%

· Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators; Fill rate, In-Stock %, Inventory Turns. Service Levels.

· Create/maintain Monthly Forecast vs Actual POS reports

· Provide any ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications

· Experience utilizing forecasting and replenishment (Relex) software to place orders and plan for future event activity.

· Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience within a corporate Retail/Wholesale company, Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain (Automotive Aftermarket Channel preferred)

· Strong interpersonal and business communication skills— both written and verbal

· Ability to work both in a team environment and independently to solve problems

· Strong analytical, organizational, planning skills, and project management skills are required

· Strong knowledge of MS Office products (heavy EXCEL usage).

· JD Edwards knowledge a plus
