The Global Editorial Curation & Channel Manager will create impact by actively curating content and aligning audience experiences across a range of owned and earned digital channels so that PwC’s voice is extended and amplified in the market. Those channels include PwC’s global website plus the growing strategy+business content ecosystem, which includes a separate website, a new digital issue, a podcast, email newsletters and social channels.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :5 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs by:Managing Web content in either a media organization or a commercial organization producing a high volume and frequency of thought leadership content (e.g. consulting, professional services, industry bodies, charities, etc);

Planning and management of a global homepage so that it is regularly updated to feature the latest and greatest of an organization’s content across a range of high-priority issues - and that is reflective of its audience’s agenda;

Maintaining active curation (i.e. frequent content selection, movement and deletion) of key areas deeper within the website;

Managing a high volume of content so that it is tagged for discoverability and used to expand the reach of a brand;

Curating to ensure editorial alignment and relevant audience-centric cross-promotion between the strategy+business content channels and PwC-branded channels;

Ensuring that all content prompts a clear and relevant onward journey for audiences;

Supporting editorial production teams in their management of content calendars by providing a curator’s perspective on project prioritization and timings;

Managing an internal site collating major territory and global content calendars to enable greater visibility and activation alignment;

Sourcing impactful content aligned to an editorial agenda from within territories or collaborating entities, (in this instance for adaptation and promotion on The Leadership Agenda, plus inclusion in our internal Thought Leadership newsletter;

Ensuring alignment between all of the above channels and activities so that PwC’s voice in the global market is consistent, coherent and amplified;

Copywriting/editing (occasional) on high visibility navigation assets like promo-banners, web micro-copy or in some cases, headlines;

Applying SEO and content-tagging best practices;

Demonstrating aptitude for written English and proven experience in web content editing and/or copywriting;

Possessing ability to use an enterprise-level content management system (CMS);

Creating, scheduling and posting social media assets that effectively promote content offers;

Collaborating in a peer-like fashion with a wide range of colleagues across roles and tenures, including editors, designers, strategic marketers, functional experts, and consultants; and,

Possessing soft skills required for effective team- and network-building and influencing.
