Health Project DirectorICF is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, multi-faceted consulting company, and we are growing our health IT and health data capabilities. We are seeking a Health Project Director who will serve as a manager for a large-scale, multi-million-dollar Federal health IT and health data analytics project. They will collaborate across our public sector group to ensure we are bringing the right capabilities to solve complex health data challenges. The health project director should have experience directing the maintenance and analysis of large multi-user healthcare databases; managing budget and task priorities for a large project; managing staff recruitment over varied disciplines; and managing multiple simultaneous data processing tasks.What you will be doing:Leading a large-scale health IT and health data management program

Taking primary responsibility for interacting with contracts, finance, legal, security, IT, and technical teams

Revenue and cost reporting

Direct supervision of program staff

What you must have:A minimum 5 years of experience in the following:

Directing the maintenance and analysis of large (approximately 500,000 individual files with over 30 terabytes of operationally available data), multi-user healthcare databases used in health services research

Managing budget and task priorities for a large project

Managing and recruiting staff with various abilities such as programming, data management, and data analysisExperience in management of multiple simultaneous data processing tasks for users with competing demands in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to obtain U.S. government public trust clearance
