Description
Oversee and coordinate with all office locations for their IT needs. This job requires creative problem solving, self-starter, with basic technical knowledge of computers and networking system. Familiarity with programs such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, VOIP, case management system, and WordPress. You will work in conjunction with the IT consulting firm, and they will assist with maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. Job duties include but not limited to:• Solving simple and diagnostic computer issues• Ensuring all computers and company devices are up to date and functioning properly • Troubleshoot computer needs and evaluate if we need IT consult. • Manage and oversee the company's VOIP management system, • Oversee all locations (4) IT needs. • Evaluate and review Internet provider contracts and upgrades as needed for the locations. • Manage and oversee Microsoft, Adobe, and spam emails • Coordinate with case management representative• Setup new users, including but not limited to with logins, computer, and/or dual monitors. • Purchase and evaluate the equipment needed for company • Coordinate meetings, installations, and decommissioning of services. • Review and evaluate new programs and software for the company Requirements Diagnose Problems, Computer Hardware, VoIP System, Manage Vendor Relationships, PC Hardware, PC Desktop - Workstation, Routers, WPAN - Wireless Personal Area Network, Microsoft Windows, Windows PC, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management, WordPress Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
