Our client is searching for a Product Design Lead/Architect to lead a large, multi-year project located in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will apply human-centered design expertise to help clients solve complex business problems, driving the end-to-end design process through product discovery and delivery phases. You will partner with clients to understand both their business and their customers' goals and challenges. As you iterate on solutions, you will advocate for the customer as you leverage user experience best practices to define the experience and design direction for the product. You will collaborate with clients, solution owners, technical architects, and engineers of all kinds to ensure that your designs aligns to desirable, feasible, and viable product outcomes in support of bringing your product vision to life. Duties: Create design artifacts such as Service Design Blueprints, Information Architecture Diagrams, User Flows, High-Fidelity Designs, Clickable Prototypes, and Design Systems. Advanced skills in modern product design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and knowledge of when to use each tool effectively to create design deliverables. Pay will be based on experience but will be in the range of 100.00 to 130.00 per hour. A drug and background check is required About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
