Overview:We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to conduct analysis that will drive initiatives and provide overall support for the HR team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of data across systems in Human Resources and will have a direct impact on all projects at the most critical levels as you will be driving the data.Responsibilities:Be one of the leaders in the Analytical and Development Team solving People Operations problems through driving efficiencies and providing critical data to HR Knowledge Center and all other areas of HR.

Create reporting and dashboards that can be used to further define metrics and measure performance in critical areas of the company.

Provide expertise in driving technology advances and processes.

Collaborate and guide team in collection and analysis of data. Lend expertise in analysis to the various HR functions and provide critical insight into the data capture.

Create graphs and visualize data through use of graphics, infographics and other methods of data visualization to tell the story from a data perspective.

Design reporting to illustrate critical KPI's as outlined by specific directives.

Structure large data sets to find usable information.

Create Ad Hoc and executive level reporting as requested by the CHRO and VP of the HR Knowledge Center.

Be a part of a larger team on all critical projects and ensure on time delivery of data requests and reporting.

Qualifications:2+ years in HR data driven position providing and creating reporting to support initiatives.

Excellent Knowledge of current HR systems and reporting tools including CCMS, as well as Power BI.

Strong analytical skills to analyze/create meaningful reporting and visualization to support.

Ability to analyse reporting requests to ensure delivery of data that will provide the information as needed, in a format easily followed.

Good basic knowledge of Power BI and other data driven products.

Excellent skills in all MS most especially Excel.

Proven experience in providing reporting to an HR Organization regarding Headcount, Attrition, etc.

Excellent reporting skills and meets deadlines consistently.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and written with all levels of staff and management throughout the organization with extreme attention to detail.

Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and work independently and with others while creating a positive partnership with other teams.

Excellent time management skills are imperative.

Position requires flexible availability and must be able to adjust schedule influenced by current business needs.

Must be prompt and dependable with excellent attendance history.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related preferred.
