We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Shift Leader to join our team and help run our night shift. We will be holding open interviews everyday except Friday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am and 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. If none of these times work for you please contact Brittany at 501-225-1100 between those hours to arrange a time that works best for you.
Responsibilities:
-Help train, supervise, and manage the night shift.
-Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards
-Manages Crew Members and directs the daily operations of a restaurant including closing and daily cleaning duties.
-Coach, teach and enforce health safety standards.
-Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
-Be a problem solver.
Qualifications:
-Must have a Servsafe Certification.
-Previous experience in kitchen management, customer service, or other related fields.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-Strong leadership qualities.
-Able to lift more than 50lbs.
-Willing to work 30+ hours.
