We are looking for energetic, highly-motivated individuals to join our wait staff team. We offer flexible hours with great pay in a positive atmosphere. Waiters/Waitresses will perform daily duties that include taking orders and serving menu items, carrying out customer requests, suggestive selling and ensuring positive dining experiences.
Duties:
Greet customers with friendly smiles upon entrance
Attend to customers & present restaurant menus and assist customers in selecting food & beverages
Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other items on menus
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staffs to create work efficiency & to promote safe and clean environment for coworkers and customers
Handle complaints or solve problems with a positive attitude
Responsible for tables: Issuing bills to customers and accepting payments
Safe cash handling practice, credit cards, and gift cards transactions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have working experience in restaurant (Preferred)
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Must have good hygiene and grooming habits.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
Flexible to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
