LeafFilter Gutter Protection, Inc. is experiencing explosive growth nationwide, and is adding Installation Trainers Managers to all existing offices to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This person will be a key player in the on-boarding and initial training and certification of new LeafFilter Installers, re-certification of existing installers, inspections of completed jobs, and more. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and have a customer focused attitude. We are delivering a premium product with a premium price tag, the customer deserves to have a perfect installation. The best product is only the best if its installed by the best. Candidate should feel comfortable holding crews accountable for all aspects of their duties including getting to jobs on time, being prepared, vehicle and personal appearance, customer interactions, quality of work, clean up, service call backs, online reviews, and more. Must have some ladder experience a Truck Van or SUV, Must have hand tools, ladders, and a willingness to take ownership of the final quality of all installs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train, coach and develop installers on a daily basis, both in the classroom and in the field
Assist in recruiting of new installers and improving hiring retention rates
Ensure jobs are installed on a daily basis to improve location attainment and effectiveness
Responsible for driving proficiency among installers
Installation training expert; able to teach all aspects of installing LeafFilter products on all types of homes
Regional market expertable to provide market-specific training
Able to identify weaknesses of individuals and teams
Roll out training programs and materials in neighboring offices
Create, develop and implement regional field training events
Works with the Installation Managers on individual performance, abilities and capacities of the installers
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
3+ years of successful experience in Construction Installation
Track record of successfully training and/or coaching Installers
Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Enjoys teaching others
Excellent verbal and writing skills required
Excellent presence in presentation situations
Stamina and a customer-friendly attitude
Gutter/Soffit/Fascia/Siding background is a plus, but not necessary
Required Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma, preferred 5 years of home improvement, construction or gutter installation experience.
