Groundskeeper Needed (West Little Rock Office Campus)

Part time groundskeeper position open at West Little Rock office campus. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:30-10:30AM (can be flexible with the schedule for the right candidate). Duties include picking up trash & cigarette butts, emptying & cleaning exterior trash cans and cigarette urns, blowing leaves off of sidewalks and building entries, cleaning & removing spider webs from doorways, windowsills, pedestrian bridges, and removing miscellanous debris from grounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 4 hours a day, lift up to 75 lbs, carry a 30lb backpack blower up to 2 hrs a day, pass drug screen, background check and be legally able to work in the United States through the Department of Homeland Security (this will be verified in the background check).
