Branch Administrator Construction
Since our founding in 1915, Western Specialty Contractors has grown to become the nations largest specialty contractor in its field. We specialize in masonry and concrete restoration as well as preventative waterproofing of buildings and structures. We have offices across the country and our Little Rock branch office has an opportunity available for a Branch Administrator.
We are seeking a team player to contribute to the successful operations of the branch by providing effective administrative and accounting support to the operating personnel. Qualified candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years in general office experience with a construction background preferred. Thorough knowledge of PC based windows applications is strongly preferred and the ability to develop spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. This is a small office environment that offers challenge and variety. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with hourly payroll on a weekly basis.
Process Accounts Payables for branch operation
Prepare customer billings for all jobs and follow-up with collections
Assist in coordinating all administrative functions for operating personnel
Gather information and prepare various financial and general reports
Respond to customer inquiries, where possible, in the absence of operating personnel
Maintain filing system for Branch office
Maintain hourly employee records on computer system
Assist with completion of new-hire paperwork
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Open and distribute mail and other clerical tasks
Self motivated, multi-tasker
